Brad was trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America and has worked at several New Orleans institutions, such as Commander’s Palace and Emeril’s, and under celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck. Now he is here to serve Downtown Alexandria with all-new flavors and fresh cuisine.
